Participation in our grant-making programmes is subject to a review and approval process. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee a grant award. The Foundation reserves the right to deny support to any applicant who provides false information or does not meet our published criteria.

4. Community Support Programmes

Our grant-making and community support programmes are charitable activities of the Foundation. The following principles apply:

• Charitable purpose. All Foundation programmes are charitable in nature. The Foundation conducts no commercial activity and operates solely for the public benefit.
• Eligibility. Participation is subject to meeting the Foundation's published eligibility criteria, which may be updated from time to time.
• No entitlement. Participation in a Foundation programme does not create an ongoing entitlement to support. The Foundation may modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme at its discretion.
• Non-transferable. Support provided by the Foundation is personal to the recipient organisation and may not be transferred or assigned.
