2026 — Programme Plan Uyo Central

Our First Programme: The Idoro Road Outreach

For our first outreach, we are focusing on the industrial districts surrounding Idoro Road — pockets of Uyo where many families have seen their daily food budget halved by the current inflation crisis.

Our plan is to work alongside community elders and caregivers to identify the households in greatest need — especially elderly guardians raising grandchildren with little or no stable income — and reach them first with full Restoration Kits. Your support is what will let us begin.

Beyond Relief: How Our Empowerment Model Will Work

Relief keeps a family fed today; empowerment helps them stand on their own tomorrow. Our empowerment initiative is designed to pair caregivers with small-business grants and local mentors.

Each participant will receive not only funds but 12 weeks of bookkeeping and market-strategy guidance — because a grant paired with mentorship is what turns a one-time gift into a lasting income. This programme will launch as founding support allows.

A New Chapter: Official CAC Registration

We are thrilled to announce that MEWAYZ COMMUNITY IMPACT FOUNDATION has been officially incorporated as an Incorporated Trustee by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/NO 9212772).

"Registration gives us the structure and the transparency that donors—both local and international—rightfully expect as we prepare to begin our work," says Chairman Raymond Anwan Edet-Okon. Our office at 25th Anniversary Estate is now open.
